The challenge
ChakrpaniKM is a slow-fashion artisan brand dedicated to handcrafted crochet—from intricate amigurumi and bohemian bandanas to custom wearables and evergreen yarn bouquets made by rural women artisans. The challenge was building an e-commerce platform that honors traditional Indian craftsmanship, communicates dignity of labor, and converts international craft enthusiasts without feeling like an impersonal mass-market storefront.
Our approach
We designed an organic, warm editorial e-commerce platform with immersive visual product storytelling, maker highlights, and transparent ethical sourcing narratives. The store features frictionless mobile checkout, high-resolution yarn texture galleries, custom gift packaging flows, and multi-currency international ordering.
