Last updated 18 August 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and set out the basis on which we take on client work.

Using this website

This site is provided for information. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish our written content, case studies or design work elsewhere without written permission.

Our content

All text, design, code and imagery on this site is owned by The White Cat Digital Lab or licensed to us, except client logos and client project imagery, which remain the property of the respective client and appear here with permission.

Enquiries are not contracts

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Prices shown on service pages are indicative starting points, not quotations. Work begins only once a written proposal has been signed and any agreed deposit received.

How we engage

  • Scope and price are fixed in a written proposal before work starts. Changes to scope are agreed in writing and may affect price and timeline.
  • Payment terms are set out in the proposal, typically a deposit on signature with the balance staged against milestones.
  • Intellectual property in the final deliverables transfers to you on receipt of final payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
  • Your material. You confirm you hold the rights to any content, imagery or trademarks you supply for use in the project.
  • Third-party services. Hosting, domains, plugins, fonts and APIs are supplied by third parties under their own terms, and their fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

What we do not warrant

We build to professional standards and test before launch, but we do not warrant that any website will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee any specific search engine ranking, traffic volume or commercial result. Search engines are third-party systems outside our control. Anyone guaranteeing a specific ranking is not being straight with you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us under that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit, revenue or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
