The challenge
Donors give to specific, visible outcomes, not to organisations in the abstract. The foundation needed to show where money goes and what changes as a result, without reducing the children it serves to marketing imagery.
Our approach
We built the site around programme-level storytelling — each initiative with its own page, its own outcomes and its own giving path — and set an editorial policy for photography that centres dignity over pathos. Financial transparency was given a permanent, prominent home rather than being buried in an annual report PDF.
The outcome
A platform that lets the foundation account for its work publicly and gives donors a concrete thing to fund.
