The challenge
The customer here is a dentist, not a patient — a busy clinical professional choosing a lab on turnaround time, material range and case-handling reliability. Consumer-facing dental marketing language would have actively repelled them.
Our approach
We wrote and designed for the clinician: material specifications, turnaround commitments and case submission logistics presented directly, with the case submission flow reduced to the minimum number of steps. Visual design stayed clinical and quiet.
The outcome
A platform that speaks to dentists in their own terms and removes friction from the repeat submission workflow.
